SMCA is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization founded by five state Mortgage Bankers Associations to collaboratively operate the Southeast Mortgage Conference and related educational programming.

Governed by its member associations, SMCA exists to further their shared purposes and keep the conference’s direction and leadership in the hands of the state associations it serves.
